Why not unwind, glass in hand, sitting in the private scented walled garden, which nestles alongside an 11th Century church? Restaurants, bars, shops, swimming, fishing, pedaloes are all in nearby Montreuil Bellay. Saumur, Chinon and Fontevraud are just a short drive away as are many vineyards. Wine tasting can be arranged.
Spacious accommodation includes large beamed living area with superbly equipped kitchen, satellite TV, radio, DVD, original fireplace with woodburner. Both bedrooms have exposed tuffeau stone walls and wooden beams – one double on ground floor, together with bathroom/shower/WC. The other – twin, on a large private mezzanine. Patio furniture, BBQ, towels and linen included. Hosts on site if required. (Sorry no pets or smokers).
