The traditional old stone house enjoys a southerly aspect and has been beautifully restored, to provide a living space of immense character and charm. Inside, a comfortable sitting room with open fire & sofa bed leads to a beamed dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and adjoining bathroom are reached by a chestnut spiral staircase, with another bedroom and WC downstairs. The dining room opens onto a magnificent west facing terrace built out at first floor level (with retractable electric awning) and overlooking the garden. Steps lead down to a gated driveway and laundry room. A newly built self-contained apartment on the ground floor (can be rented with the house or independently) has an arched living room with separate sitting and kitchen areas. The bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, leads directly to a private terrace.
