Traditional stone built house in a peaceful small wine producing village set in wonderful countryside about 45km from Montpellier, 40km from Mediterranean beaches, in an ideal walking area with Lac du Salagou about 15 minutes away from swimming and watersports.
Cabrieres has an Epicerie/Boulangerie, Post Office and Bar/Restaurant
Les Hirondelles is a light sunny house with a pretty terrace at the front. French doors lead into a spacious open plan ground floor incorporating a fully fitted kitchen with dining and lounge areas. At the rear is a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. Bathroom/WC and 2 double bedrooms (one twin bedded). Both bedrooms have French doors to a sunny roof terrace with table chairs ans sunshade. Linen included. No pets.
