The cottages date from the 16th century and were renovated to a high standard in 2007 keeping original features where possible. They are in a quiet rural setting surrounded by many places of interest. Accommodation: Electric heating, well equipped lounge/kitchen, dining room on ground floor. Full sized electric oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine and freezer. TV/DVD (English programmes). First floor, two large bedrooms and a good sized bedroom with double divan bed, two singles and a single bed. Large bathroom with shower and bath with toilet. Second toilet. One cottage has wash and toilet on ground floor. The good size garden is grassed and shared by both and outdoor pool. Gravel drive will take up to 4 cars with barbeques and garden furniture. Location: attractive town of Laval with river activities 10 miles character village of Chailland. Shops 1.5 miles, supermarkets and indoor swimming pool 5 miles, St Malo, Mont St. Michael, Beaches and Loire valley just over 1 hour. No Pets.
