A Magnificent Languedoc Chateau in 6 acres of peaceful gardens, with restaurant & heated pool, it provides the perfect environment for group bookings yet maintains space for individual privacy. There are 6 lovely rooms within the Chateau including 2 large ‘family’ rooms plus a 2 bedroom ‘Chateau Suite’ with 2 private patios and near to the pool. There are 3 traditional French Cottages off the courtyard, a beautiful cottage in the gardens called The Monet House and another called ‘Garden Cottage’, adjacent to the Domaine. All are equipped with their own kitchen and living room facilities and have their own patio & barbeque. Children are welcome. There are approximately 2.7 hectares or 6.6 acres of grounds comprising the Domaine and outbuildings, gardens, lawns, swimming pool and a small vineyard at the rear. On one side of the courtyard stands the old wine processing/storage building known as the wine Cave (pronounced carve) that still contains the original giant wine press and four, 12 foot diameter oak barrels once used to store the wine. A family of owls are now resident here. Abutting the large building is the old stable block and garage and what used to be a piggery! The Chateau and Cottages are available for exclusive hire for any group. Weddings can cater for receptions up to 100 guests and includes the resident Chef and Photographer! There are facilities for seminars/conferences for up to 40/60.
