It is said that some of the small villages around Chinon produce some of the best wines in the Loire. Only a 30 minute drive away you will find the Cadre Noir which is the French equivalent of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna and is famous for being one of the most prestigious horsemanship schools in the world.
