This attractive 18th century chateau is situated in the heart of the champagne region only a short drive from the town of Troyes. The property lies in 17 acres of it own grounds and is surrounded by beautiful parkland with the river Seine running through the garden. The property even has its own private tennis court. The castle has been well furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout. The chateau is available for exclusive hire for groups of up to 23 to sleep in its11 double and twin bedrooms. In the grounds is a chapel, a small cottage (with 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and small kitchen that can be used for an au pair or similar), and the stables and garages (with enough space for 3 cars). Additional cars can be parked in the courtyard. There is also a BBQ and two outdoor dining tables to seat the entire group. The grounds are entirely fenced making it safe and secure for children to run free. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained. 1.5km of riverside – perfect to swim, sail and fish. There is a large lake a few kms away that offers many water sports including sailing and water-skiing. Also available are tennis and horse-riding.
