Situated in a quiet hamlet, 15 minutes from the historic market town of Lapalisse and 20 minutes from Vichy, famous for its spas, man made beach, sport and culture, the traditional farmhouse lies in eleven acres of private land surrounded by undulating fields, forests and country lanes ideal for walking and cycling. (6 Bicycles provided). Les Beches has a 32 square metre private above ground swimming pool (chlorine free) in child proofed, fenced, south facing garden, with lawn, hard standing, terrace and barbecue area. Downstairs: Entrance hall, shower/basin/WC, large kitchen/dining room, lounge with television, video, popular games and library. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, studio, bath/WC and washbasin.
