Situated in the Vre river valley and within walking distance of the market town of le Bugue with shops, restaurants etc. Le Bugue has a central position with easy access to historical attractions as well as canoeing, tennis, golf and swimming etc. The cottage is very spacious and comfortable with a large kitchen/ dining/living room including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and cooker plus sat T.V./ DVD and radio/CD player. Two twin bedrooms; one room with shower/toilet, the other room with shower, hand basin and separate toilet. A terrace at the back of the house includes BBQ and ample garden furniture. The house has been tastefully furnished with original features, high ceilings with wooden beams, original stonewall.
