Kerdeven is only 15 minutes from the safe and sandy beaches of Lake Guerledan, where there is a good range of water sports. Approximately 90 mins from St Malo and Roscoff and only 5 minutes from the pretty market town of Rostrenen which offers excellent restaurants, banks and well stocked supermarkets. Only 5 minutes from the Nantes/Brest Canal, forests and rivers. Central for all leisure pursuits; fishing, cycling, horse riding, cycle hire, canoeing and wind surfing.

Le Manoir: 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12-16. Le Duc de Rohans hunting lodge, sympathetically restored, with slate floors, beamed ceilings, medieval banqueting hall with bar, (kegs of the beer by request), drawing room, period fitted kitchen with American fridge/freezer and Leisure Range master cooker. A family suite with double and twin rooms and private bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with en suite and 2 twin rooms, one with en suite. 2 rooms have bed settees for additional accommodation.

Sunflower Cottage: 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 10. Large living/dining area, 2 double rooms, one en suite on the ground floor, 3 twin rooms. Limed Oak kitchen with double fitted oven and hob. Private garden and barbecue.

Oak Cottage: 4 bedrooms, all en suite, sleeps 8. Large lounge/dining area, Oak kitchen with a Stoves 8 burner, double oven cooker. 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Patio doors to large lawn and barbecue.

The Stables: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. All rooms on ground level, large lounge, pine kitchen/diner, bathroom, and 2 double bedrooms and one twin room. Patio doors. Private garden and barbecue.

The Cottage: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 5. 1 double room, 1 twin room and one single room on ground floor with small double bed. Open plan living area with beech kitchen with full size built in oven and hob. Ground floor shower room. French windows to private garden and barbecue.
