La Josephine is a recently converted cottage, situated in the heart of the village. Where you will find a Cafe-bar, convenience store and bakers, also the museum of the sculptor Jules Desbois. With the many chaux of the Loire, riverside towns of Saumur, Chinon, plus numerous vineyards close at hand, all make this an ideal base from which to explore. Nearby you will also find several lakes for swimming, horse-riding and tennis. Accommodation comprises: Two bedrooms upstairs, 1 double, 1 twin both en suite. Downstairs: Large open plan lounge and dining room with TV, Video, CD and DVD player. Separate kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside terrace with BBQ, table and chairs. Resident owners live next door. Pets considered. Sorry no smokers. Bed linen included.
