Supermarket, patisserie, cafe’s, small restaurants 2.3 mins walk. 30 minute promenade walk to old town/flower market (or 10 minute bus ride). Summer season Miami Beach bar/restaurant opposite apartment on beach. No car necessary to explore the area. TV/video, radio/CD, washing machine/dryer, iron, fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, hob, garden furniture, air conditioning. Bed linen/towels and end of stay cleaning included in price. £10 extra for bedding per person for occupancy over 2. No pets or smoking please.
