Ploerdut – local village 1 minute by car, with baker, butcher/grocer, cafbars, restaurant, PO and church. Guemene sur Scorff – nearest town 10 minutes by car, with resturants, shops and supermarket. Pontivy 30 minutes by car. Napoleonic/ medieval city with all amenities.

A very comfortable, recently renovated, stone farmhouse to sleep six. Ideal for families and groups of friends.
Ground floor large bright, well equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Spacious oak beamed living/dining room, traditional fireplace with wood burner, hi-fi, French TV and DVD player. Bedroom with two bunk beds, en-suite WC, washbasin.
First floor two bedrooms (twin + double, all with duvets), antique wardrobes and chests of drawers. Bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin and WC. Stair safety gate and babys travel cot available on request.

Cottage Two- A characteristic Breton stone cottage with comfortable ground floor accommodation to sleep four ideal for smaller families or two couples. Well equipped kitchen/ diner/ living room with cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, DVD player, iron and ironing board and wood burning stove. Two double bedrooms with wardrobes and chests of drawers. Shower room with wash basin and WC. The first floor is unoccupied.

Both cottages have a south-facing, self-contained gardens, outdoor furniture, BBQ and parking + electric heating throughout. They are about 20 yards apart separated by an empty barn.
