The Bastide Bellevue is a delightful bastide, with a swimming pool in a large garden and has beautiful views of the “Dentelles de Montmirail” and the “Mont Ventoux”. It is located on the edge of the lovely village of Rasteau, in the heart of the Rhone Valley vineyards, at only 500m from the village centre. The village is near the Roman cities of Vaison-la-Rne (10km) and Orange (15km) where you have a wide choice of shops, restaurants, cultural events and historical places to visit. Rasteau is also near Avignon with his Pope palace, the Mont Ventoux, the Ardeche gorges, Chateauneuf-du-Pape and Gigondas vineyards, Nyons (the olive capital) I’Isle-sur-Sorgues…
The house is modern and neatly furnished, with colourful and light rooms, all of which boast views over the beautiful landscape. A large reception room, a well equipped kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 double, 1 twin and 2 bathrooms.
Swimming pool 8m x 5m with Roman steps, garden furniture, BBQ, pool house, open and covered terraces… The pool is fenced for protection for children.
A lot of activities in the area: local markets, bike, mountain bike, horse riding, golf and wine tasting at 500 metres from the house. Also a lot of cultural activities, visit museums, theatre, Avignon, Orange and Vaison glorious festivals…
