The Villa

Chez Ami is an exclusive holiday location offering six spacious apartments and a large 4 bedroom villa set around a beautiful pool area with heated jacuzzi spa, floodlit BBQ garden and boule court.

Chez Ami is run by friendly British couple Dean and Zoe Lelyveld and their children Lauren and Adam.

Our 4 three bedroomed and 2 two bedroomed apartments are spacious, modern and fully equipped with microwaves and washing machines.

Our spacious 4 bedroomed (2 with ensuite) villa is ideal for larger famlies or friends and is equipped with a dishwasher.

Each property has its own large private terrace overlooking the pool and mountains. The 2 bedroom penthouse apartments have large private open terraces with incredible views.

Situated in the historic village of St Andre, close to the coastal town of Argeles-sur-mer in the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. At the foot hills of the Pyrenees mountains, three miles from stunning sandy Mediterranean beaches, ten miles south of Perpignan and five miles from the Spanish border. It is hard to think of a more perfect location.

Saint Andre is a typically French village at the foot of the Alberes with restaurants, bars and local village shops. The larger supermarket is within a short walk. The historic Old Abbey Church attracts tourists to see its display of Roman art and ancient lintel over the entrance. Tennis and basketball courts, childrens’ playground, rugby/football grounds and large floodlit village boule courts are all within a few minutes walk.

The Languedoc-Roussillon stretches along the Mediterranean providing a fantastic costal setting and climate. The local area boasts some stunning places to visit including the picturesque fishing port of Collioure, the yellow train winding up through the Pyrenees mountains and the cultural center of Figueres just over the border in Spain where the famous Dali museum is situated. Pretty much every sport is within easy reach.
