The property is peacefully located in its own park by the marina Port Santa Lucia in Saint Raphael. The apartment is situated on the 5th floor with a lift and has a wonderful view over the park, the marina and the Mediterranean.
By the promenade along the sea front there is a 1500 meter walk to the centre of Saint Raphael. Opposite the property by the marina you will find a supermarket and other shops and a large selection of cafes and restaurants.
The apartment comprises: Hall, bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with terrace facing north-east, kitchen and living room with sofa bed and terrace facing south west. Private parking can be found at the back of the property.
