First floor: Terrace, BBQ. Lounge with modern suite including sofa bed. Satellite TV, video, DVD, Hi-Fi, open log fireplace, bar with icemaker and drinks cooler. Twin bedroom, shower room, separate WC. Large kitchen fully equipped, gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Solid beech table seats 12. Hardwood stairs to second floor where a minstrel gallery overlooks the lounge. Double ensuite bedroom, balcony with lovely views over pool, two further bedrooms, 1 double, 1 with bunks plus single, bathroom, separate WC. Cot, buggy, high chair, baby bath.
Ground floor: Wood store, cave area, table tennis. Several shady eating areas and patio furniture for al-fresco dining, including large hardwood table and chairs overlooking pool, three BBQ’s (1 gas).
Activities: Canoeing, kayaking, caving, climbing, micro light, all terrain biking, horse riding and trekking, walking, fishing. Good restaurants locally. St Cirq Lapopie, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in France, perched 100m above the river, is close by.
